An oven, originally in Pakistan, made of clay and capable of high temperatures, for fast cooking or baking over charcoal or gas. 'Tandoor' on the other hand, provides 'Naans' and other varieties of 'Roti' for those who dinning out for various reasons. The person who operates Tandoor is called a 'Naanbai' and he works this tiring and focused job with great skill.
