Philadelphia Cheese Steak

Once Upon a Time in Philadelphia cheesesteak is a long, crusty roll filled with thinly sliced sauteed ribeye beef and melted combination of Cheddar, Provolone and a bit of Parmiggiano Reggiano cheese topped off with fried onions, sauteed mushrooms, jalapenos, in-house sauces and bell peppers.
